vyflow ("we") is a marketing systems and automation consultancy operated from Chicago, Illinois. This site, vyflow.ai, is an informational site describing our services.
This website does not have accounts, forms, or trackers that identify you. If we use analytics, it is aggregate traffic measurement only. If you email us at tarek@vyflow.ai, we receive the information you choose to send and use it solely to respond to you.
We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. We do not collect health information through this site, and in our client work, patient information is handled only inside systems covered by the appropriate agreements with each client.
In our client work we manage Google Ads accounts on behalf of clients and use the Google Ads API through an internal tool operated only by vyflow staff. Through that tool we send Google Ads click identifiers (GCLIDs), conversion action names, conversion timestamps, and optional conversion values, and we retrieve campaign performance data. We do not send names, contact details, or health information to Google Ads, and we do not use enhanced conversions for leads. Performance data we retrieve is used only to manage and report on the client account it belongs to and is never sold or shared with third parties. Details are on our Google Ads API page.
This site works without setting cookies for identification. Any measurement cookies, if present, are used in aggregate and never joined to your identity.
